Reformer Pilates at Dolphin Square Fitness Club is delivered in a specialist Pilates studio using dedicated reformer equipment, with small-group sessions led by experienced instructors. Designed to improve strength, control and mobility, classes are suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.
We provide a free assessment prior to reformer pilates training, so each session can be tailored to your individual abilities, movement range and lifestyle considerations. This is to ensure each session is appropriate, effective, safe and fun.
Reformer Pilates classes are available to all guest and offered as an additional service for Dolphin Square Fitness Club members. Sessions are capped at no more than 10 participants for maximum effectivity and individual attention. Prices start from £25 per session for members and £30 for guests.
