BACKGROUND

Faryad has over 25 years of experience in the health & fitness industry & holds 7th Dan Black belt & the Founder of Westminster Taekwondo Academy. At the age of 17, he was one of the only handful chosen from hundreds of athletes to compete in the National Taekwondo team.

Faryad’s experience in fitness gives him a wealth of knowledge within this environment which suites all levels of fitness, even complete beginners. As well as his personal training, Faryad is the Head of Fitness for WTA, in charge of programming & training the club’s athletes & national champions.

I am a highly qualified, experienced, and worldwide Personal Trainer. I have a wide variety of individuals with a diverse range of goals and issues.

I have a strong sporting background. Growing up I played football for Southampton, Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham Town, while also representing Wales in the 800m track event.

I offer trustworthiness, loyalty and discretion, combining a passion for fitness with deep professional expertise and constant research. I am flexible and accommodate busy schedules and have a friendly nature. Over the last ten years I have helped numerous clients achieve their personal fitness goals and improve their diet, posture, lower back pain and fitness.

During this time I have trained hundreds of individual clients, with hundreds of follow up sessions & people that I still train to this day. I, personally, train regularly & it’s what I love doing the most. It brings happiness, peace & stress release.

My passion lies here in health & fitness & my passion is to make others feel as great as I do when training, & enjoying the process. I can’t wait to help you on your journey.

Humberto Henrique

Squash Coach

BACKGROUND

Humberto has been playing squash for over 30 years and has played professionally in Brazil and Italy, ranked top 10 in both countries.

He is a qualified England Squash (Level 3) and Racketball Coach and has a High Education Certificate in Sport & Fitness. Humberto has been the head coach at Dolphin Fitness since 2012. His coaching style is friendly and encouraging and his extensive knowledge of the game will help you get the most from your sport.

Humberto has completed levels 1, 2 and 3 of the England Squash Coaching Programme.

His coaching is based on England Squash’s philosophy with the addition of his own personal experiences as player and coach
